Traveling Route Derivation Method Allowing an Arbitrary Layout of Warehouses Using A* and Genetic Algorithms

چکیده
The modern distribution industry demands improved efficiency in logistics to lower prices while maintaining product quality. However, the of picking (collecting commodities a warehouse), which accounts for large percentage total cost, has not significantly. In this study, we propose traveling route derivation method that allows warehouse layout be set arbitrarily. Specifically, combined A* and genetic algorithms reduce walking distance workers improve warehouse. Furthermore, simulated based on practical work, distances were compared using comparison (brute-force without algorithm method), usefulness proposed was evaluated.
